Whitening your teeth has never been easier, but many times it is difficult to know when you have bleached enough. When you use at home bleaching products, whether purchased at the store or dispensed by your dentist, we always recommend whitening one arch at a time. Once your lower teeth have reached a point where they are not becoming whiter as compared to the unbleached upper teeth, then discontinue bleaching the lower teeth and start with the upper teeth. If you try to whiten both arches at the same time it is hard to know when the bleach is no longer making your teeth whiter. This practice will save you time and use less bleaching solution.
