Check List for Feeling Better

So you have frequent headaches, are always kind of tired, your mouth burns at times, your tongue feels funny or burns at times, your muscles are sore, your joints ache, your gums never had bleeding before but now they do, you just don’t feel right? You went to your doctor who did a lot of tests and your doctor ruled out all of the bad things that could be wrong with you. Does any of this apply to you? If so, what do you do next? In my opinion, you need to approach your health as a check list. First you check off that your doctor ruled out conditions such as cancer, heart disease, organ failure, etc. Next, it is time for you to take charge of your health and create a list that will help you identify and possibly treat your own problem. In the next series of posts I will go through the list I use with my patients.
